Given the nature of the proposed AJCF 5, it is expected that there will be only one price for participation, and no early bird offer. Note that the information below does not represent the final offering. It is just to provide an idea to those interested in attending.
It is expected that registration will include:
- Bus transportation from Adelaide to Uluru
- Lunches and dinners from the evening of 14 June to the evening of 18 June
- Tuition and materials
- Venue facilities
- A festival T-Shirt

The festival is an experiential journey. A participant registration therefore covers the entire experience, apart from the exclusions listed below. There is no option to attend a subset of the festival.
Registration will exclude:
- Airfares to Adelaide and the return from Uluru
- Most, if not all, breakfasts
- Accomodation, though the festival team will manage accomodation bookings. Hotels have been selected, but choices of room options will be provided.
